These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on our website www.sleepito.com. They govern the relationship between SLEEPITO and any person (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") placing an order on the store.

Products
The products sold by SLEEPITO are personal-use comforters and bedding accessories, available in standard models or limited editions.
Each product is described accurately. Photos are non-contractual but faithfully represent the actual product.

Prices
Prices are listed in US dollars, all taxes included where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed before payment.
SLEEPITO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price applied will always be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order. SLEEPITO reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or abusive use.

Payment
Payment is secure and may be made by credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other methods offered at checkout.
SLEEPITO does not store any banking data.

Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped by our logistics partner.
Two delivery options are offered:
Express: 2 to 4 business days
Standard: 5 to 7 business days
All packages are shipped with a tracking number sent by email.

Right of return
SLEEPITO offers customers 100 days to change their mind (excluding products damaged through use).
Returned products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, comforters that have already been opened or used cannot be returned.

Warranty & liability
SLEEPITO guarantees that the products sold are compliant with their description.
The company cannot be held liable in case of improper use, or events beyond its control (logistics delays, address errors, etc.).

The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
SLEEPITO undertakes to respect data confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Applicable law & disputes
These GTCS are governed by the law applicable in the customer's state or country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may first contact our customer service: contact@sleepito.com
If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.

Amendments
SLEEPITO reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time.
The applicable version is the one available on the website on the date of the order.
